Financial Policy

Patient Billing

Pain Consultants of Florida will send your insurance company a bill following your visit or procedure. You may be responsible for any balance due. For your convenience we accept cash or check, or Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable costs to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us an 954-986-7079. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Copay & Coinsurance

You are responsible for your copay or coinsurance prior to each office visit. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. 

Deductibles

Deductibles will be collected as per various insurance company rules. Medicare patients that have no medi-gap or secondary insurance will be billed and are responsible for the 20% difference.

Worker's Compensation

Once a patient is placed at MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement) a ten dollar copay will be collected for each office visit.
